Changes to my study program 馃様馃檹
Hi to all! Today I'll talk about for some (many) things what I think it could be better in my study program.
I'm studying viola interpretation at the arts of faculty, and I'm in my last semester ongoing. If you have to visited my faculty before, you may know the building: an older building. Each floor, especially the -1 to -3 looks like creepy for me, because make me feel like an a horror movie.
Anyway, In terms of curriculum, I think we had classes that were not necessary, because some of them was completely meaningless and unnecessary. 'Gu铆a de Conjuntos' it's like a 'Group's guide' (or something like that).
This class make not sense for me because suppose a guide to 'how you can to create a musical group', but the contents in this class refer about popular groups, like salsa, folk, rock, etc.- so I ask to myself, why should we know how to create a popular group if we specialize in the classical field?.
I mean, always could be good to be versatile, but we decided to studied the classical music, to play into the orchestra, or teach at the conservatory school, or something like that.
We have another class called 'Chamber music', so here we can to explore many things about team work, musical interactions with the group of musicians, etc.-
Fortunately, I think this details are not terrible, but definitely could be better.
Hi Jean. I believe that a comfortable place for study is really important. But, I also think that you can find a way to make it nicer to you.
